On Hiatus

Hey everybody, schoolwork has been screwing me up for the past few weeks and it will continue to do so for the next four weeks. So I won't be updating until the whole schoolwork is over, please understand! Visit this site soon for updates!(: I'm not giving up on this site and the dolls, I will give this site a brand new look during my holidays!

Thieves

I've always been very tolerant of people who are stealing and hotlinking PCD Empire's graphics, but I'm definitely not tolerating any individual who is using the name PCD Empire as their site/forum name. I've caught 3 people for the past year using PE layout/template/graphics AND the site name PCD Empire for their sites, they received the warnings and the sites have been closed down, thanks for the cooperation.

Today, I came across another forum under the name of PCD Empire. And I'm very sure who's the admin of that forum. The forum doesn't belong to PCD Empire.

Your site is listed on PE's Hall of Shame and I've reported your site.

Why steal? Create your own graphics, sites/forums with original names and be proud of them.

Announcement

I'm sure most of you have got wind of the fact that Carmit has left PCD, that's probably the main reason why I haven't been updating PCD Empire for a long time, in case you're wondering, Carmit is my favourite doll and she's the main reason that made me to get so in love with PCD, even to the extent of creating a graphic fansite for them, And I'm even more upset that there are actually people who are gloating over the news that Carmit is leaving PCD so that the other dolls can get more solo parts. But don't worry, I will not close down this site, I love the other dolls as well, I will still create graphics of the current dolls and Carmit. Carmit is a pussycat doll in our hearts, no matter what. However, I won't be updating as much, due to the undeniable fact of Carmit leaving the group (I'm still very much upset about it) and my heavy school work. Also, Jes will not be updating anymore,

To celebrate the new year 2008, PCD Empire decided to give away one FREE layout to one of our lucky visitors, if you have a website, you can consider giving your site a new look or if you are a huge PCD fan and want to open a new PCD site, you can try for our free layout also. We don't like to tag on the graphics we create but there are always thieves around claiming that these graphics are made by them. This is very sickening but for the rest, I understand that the tags are ugly so I've decided not to tag any graphics at the moment. If I catch more people stealing and claiming these graphics as theirs, the tags will be up again and you will be banned from this site.

To the webmaster of http://www.nicole4ever.gportal.hu/, its rude to put up a banner from PCD Empire on your site and you guys removed the PE tag. I see no credits and if you want to use a banner for your heading or something, you should let us know. Drop an email for us before your site gets listed on our HallOfShame.

It is basic courtesy to credit when you use somebody's works or take somebody's links. People spend time to create graphics/things and many go to great lengths to get the exclusive news/links/music/videos/etc for you, and if you do not credit the owners, its not worthwhile for them to dig up exclusive stuffs or create new things for you. I'm not saying everybody is not crediting promptly, I appreciate those who are crediting what they are taking. (:

We're busy with schoolwork, so do inform us if you see a site or an individual claiming PE graphics as theirs/his/hers. We will be grateful to you. Thank you.
